Trainer of Trainers Course

We present the details of the Trainer of Trainers specialization course which lasts 8 weeks.

The competences gained are available for all the domains of activities and qualification levels in which the trainer is working.

The course is accredited by the Ministry of Education, Research and Youth and the Ministry of Labor, Family and Equal Opportunities with the Provider Authorization for the occupation of Trainer of Trainers COR code 241207, series MS nr. 00196, registered in the National Registry of Professional Adult Trainer Providers with nr. 26/339/24.06.2008.

Conform OG 129/2000 art. 23, which regulates the continues professional adult training, it is foretold, that beginning with 01.01.2010 all authorized providers of professional trainers has to use qualified trainers, and beginning with January 2009 all nations in the EU has to use in their training activities the requirements of EQARF.

The certificate gives all the legal competences for holding training courses in a Trainer of Trainers course, Trainer course and all other continuous qualification, initiation, specialization, perfection, or other training courses for all domains of activities and qualification levels in which the trainer performs it’s activities.

The Certificate of Graduation is given by the provider of trainers, the Institute for Training, Studies and Research PIMMJM, and the Ministry of Education, Research and Youth, the Ministry of Labor, Family and Equal Opportunities.

The course lasts 8 weeks.

The courses are organized as follows: in TOTAL: 160 hours

1. Theoretical training: 1 course/ week, 4 hours from 17:00 to 21 = 32 hours
2. ractical training, individual project portfolio 16 hours/week = 128 hours

According to the legislation available from 2010, to teach as a trainer in whatever continuous adult training program, whether it is a continuous training or it is a professional training program or preparation programs in a project with European financing, the trainer must be a graduate of a Training course.

The following course offers all competences of Trainers and Trainer of Trainers, and the graduate can be trainer for any other courses, not only for trainers, but in courses for Trainers.

The course is structured after the latest Occupational Standard according to the actual regulations in the account of the Institute for Training, Studies and Research PIMMJM.

The total costs of the course are 1.800 ron and is paid with the signing of the professional training contract into the account of the Institute for Training, Studies and Research PIMMJM before the course classes are formed, +300 ron examination and certification tax, which is paid before signing up for the exam.

For groups of 20-25 there will be organized courses in any locality in Romania.

According to our present information, this course is the only type of training course with this type of accreditation in Romania, after the EQARF requirements, the new Occupational Standard and totalizing 160 hours of teaching.
